Final Easter Seals Total 2013

YOU WON’T BELIEVE THE FINAL TOTAL …

With the help of our Sponsors and Volunteers we raised a whopping $9,766.86

Opening night at Sauble Speedway on May 18, 2013 we created the “Biggest Pit Crew Ever” and the “Largest Cheering Section” for one car ever seen!  In July, August and September donations were accepted for Frisbee, soft footballs and T-shirts supplied by our Major Sponsor – Tire Discounter Group as well as hearing protection supplied by Ideal Supply, hero cards supplied by Reliance Printing, T-shirts supplied by G & K Services etc etc.  the list goes on.  On August 10, 2013 the Steam Engine Corn Roast was a HUGE success.  $2,101.86 in total was raised from all of these events together.

While we were raising money Marvin was out there on the track winning.  He brought home $7,665.00 this year.

These 2 amounts totaled together make this years donation to Easter Seals the LARGEST Donation this Year — $9,766.86 !!!

Charlene Myke Development Manager for Easter Seals will be picking up the cheque in the near future.  We will keep you posted.
Please keep in mind … because of YOU our Sponsors and Volunteers …. we are able to make a difference.  We could not have done this without your kind support.  Our 4 year TOTAL to Easter Seals is $30,815.51.  We are very proud to say we are “Helping Kids with Physical Disabilities Succeed”.
